Job Description

  • Analyse existing financial processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Develop and implement enhanced financial procedures and systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of process improvements.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on best practices in finance operations.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and suggest further refinements as needed.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
  • Support the Accounting & Finance department in achieving its strategic objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Finance Process Consultant should have:

  • Strong knowledge of financial processes and systems within the professional services industry.
  • Proven experience in process improvement and implementation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
  • Relevant qualifications in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
  • Experience of SAP4 Hana and/or SAP R/3.
