Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective financial control processes and frameworks.
  • Monitor compliance with financial policies and regulations.
  • Provide regular reporting on financial controls to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and mitigate financial risks.
  • Support audits by ensuring accurate and timely delivery of financial data.
  • Review and update financial procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Train and guide staff on financial controls and best practices.
  • Lead initiatives to improve financial reporting and transparency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Financial Controls Manager should have:

  • Strong experience in financial controls within the accounting and finance sector.
  • A professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, ACA, or CIMA.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement financial processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
