This role will report to the Head of Marketing and will work closely with the UK board on driving communications across the UK business.The Senior Internal Communications Executive is a vital role within the UK Marketing team to ensure awareness of business priorities across the UK with a specific focus on supporting employees to perform at their best. Our team's mission is to implement effective and compelling communications to enable high performance, increase engagement, foster collaboration, and attract talent to support Michael Page's strategy. This role has responsibility for implementing internal communications strategies, managing internal communications channels, and being the key point of contact and subject matter expert on internal communications. The successful candidate will work closely with UK leadership and there are growth opportunities in the role to work on developing the internal strategy alongside the Head of Marketing. A candidate with the ambition and creativity to help build the plans will be a great fit for this role.Job DescriptionResponsibilities of the Senior Internal Communications Executive:· Implement communications plans that align with the global internal communications strategy and overall business strategy in the UK· Liaise with key stakeholders across the UK business, advising on the most relevant comms approach and supporting with materials as required· Oversee internal communications channels, mainly Viva Engage, MS Teams and digital signage· Lead on the organisation and facilitation of UK Town Halls, bringing a large network of UK offices together (via Microsoft Teams)· Play a key role in the organisation of sales enablement focused activities and resources such as the organisation of national business development days and the production / hosting of sales enablement toolkits on SharePoint. · Liaise with Global IC and execute on Global plans, often alongside our DE&I teams locally· Manage the internal communications calendar to avoid clashes, information overload and ensure message alignment· Have responsibility for measuring effectiveness of messages and channels regularly. Evaluating and making recommendations to review and amend strategy as appropriateSupport our employer branding campaigns by crafting comms pieces, testimonials, etc and working closely with our social media manager and Talent Acquisition teamThe Successful ApplicantA successful Senior Internal Communications Executive should have:· Professional, proactive and enthusiastic with strong stakeholder management skills· Ability to communicate complex messages in simple language · Strong collaborative skills and ability to integrate the internal comms strategy into wider marketing programme· Able to work well under pressure and to deadlines, delivering consistent and accurate work· Ability to manage conflicting priorities and demanding stakeholders· Able to drive own priorities, which can change quickly.
