The Senior National Account Manager will manage the commercial relationship between FAGE and key retailers including Tesco and/or Sainsbury, and oversight of Waitrose, ASDA, Morrisons, Coop, Ocado and Wholesale through dotted line reports.

Job Description

All FAGE employees operate out of Luxembourg in an office environment. The successful candidate MUST be willing to relocate to Luxembourg, with regular travel back to the UK to manage accounts.

  • Manage and develop relationships with national grocery accounts to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
  • Negotiate and implement annual customer joint business plans.
  • Identify and deliver new business via new listings and increased distribution.
  • Monitor account performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Take accountability for all elements of customer pricing (including cost price increases), terms and promotions.
  • Take accountability for sales demand by owning all volume and financial forecasts. Active monitoring of these KPI's to understand performance and react where necessary.
  • Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior National Account Manager should have:

  • Proven experience managing at least one national grocer.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities.
  • Proficiency in analysing data and market trends to inform decision-making.
  • A results-oriented approach with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Willingness to relocate to Luxembourg
