Job Description

  • Oversee and manage HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
  • Provide strategic HR advice and support to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Lead recruitment processes to attract and secure top talent for the organisation.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement and retention strategies.
  • Manage employee relations, including handling grievances and disciplinary procedures.
  • Ensure effective performance management processes are in place and aligned with organisational goals.
  • Collaborate with teams to drive training and development initiatives.
  • Monitor HR metrics and present insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior HR Business Partner should have:

  • Proven experience in Human Resources within the retail/leisure industry in a multi site role.
  • A deep understanding of HR policies, employment law, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret HR data and inform strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems is advantageous.
  • Relevant HR qualifications or certifications are desirable.
