Job Description

  • Plan, manage, and execute engineering projects from inception to completion.
  • Ensure all projects meet specified quality, budget, and time constraints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Prepare project documentation, including technical reports and specifications.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to maintain smooth operations.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and report updates to relevant parties.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations within the life science sector.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Project Engineer should have:

  • A current valid driving licence
  • An engineering background (mechanical/electrical preferred)
  • Experience managing engineering contracts (NEC3 / NEC4 experience desirable)
  • Background in M&E or construction‑based project environments
  • Proven track record delivering engineering projects to challenging deadlines
  • Ability to plan, organise and lead multiple project streams
  • Strong communication skills with confidence dealing directly with customers
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset and ability to lead field‑based teams
