Job Description

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners across Ireland.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive growth.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximise profitability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Monitor market and competitor activity to adapt strategies as needed.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members where applicable.

The Successful Applicant

A successful (Senior) Sales Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in a sales role within the Consumer Goods
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • A solid understanding of the Irish market and its dynamics.
  • The ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving business goals.
