Job Description

You'll be responsible for managing a variety of conveyancing matters including large-scale purchase and disposal programmes, auction sales, lease variations, and land disposals. The role also offers opportunities to support larger projects such as tenanted portfolio disposals and development site transactions. You'll be expected to manage files independently, meet fee targets, and contribute to team development and client relationships.

  • Handle residential property acquisitions and disposals for public and private sector clients
  • Manage auction disposals, lease variations, and land sales
  • Support on disposals of tenanted portfolios and development sites
  • Maintain accurate and organised files (digital and hard copy)
  • Ensure timely client communication and deadline management
  • Assist in training and supervising junior fee earners
  • Comply with firm policies, procedures, and regulatory standards

The Successful Applicant

  • 3-5 years' PQE in real estate law with residential conveyancing experience
  • Strong academic background (ideally a 2:1 degree)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Commercially aware and proactive
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with Registered Providers is advantageous but not essential
