Job Description

As the Strategic Communications Lead you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing strategic communication plans aligned with organisational goals.
  • Oversee the delivery of engaging content for multiple channels, ensuring consistency and clarity of key messages.
  • Collaborate to create matrix teams across SMEs, media, digital, content, external affairs to deliver campaigns
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and engagement.
  • Analyse communication outcomes and adjust strategies to improve effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with public sector communication standards and regulations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to enhance communication strategies

The Successful Applicant

A successful Strategic Communications Lead should have:

  • Strong experience in developing and implementing communication strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
  • Knowledge of public sector communications is an advantage.
  • Enjoy working collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders
