An exciting opportunity for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors System Administrator to support a major European rollout across four countries. This role is focused on the configuration and administration of SuccessFactors, with a particular emphasis on Employee Central Time Management, absence management, and leave tracking. You will work closely with stakeholders across multiple countries to ensure local policies and requirements are accurately configured within the system.
  • Immediate start - can be remote.
  • Play a key role in a large European SAP SuccessFactors roll-out

Job Description

  • Configure and administer SAP SuccessFactors with a focus on Employee Central Time Management.
  • Lead and support the rollout of SuccessFactors across four European countries.
  • Gather and analyse business requirements from local stakeholders.
  • Translate local HR policies, holiday entitlements, and absence rules into system configuration.
  • Configure and maintain leave, absence, and time-off processes.
  • Support testing, system validation, and go-live activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve configuration and system-related issues.
  • Ensure data integrity and alignment with local legislative and organisational requirements.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and business teams across multiple locations.
  • Provide ongoing system support and continuous improvement recommendations.



The Successful Applicant

A successful System Administrator should have:

    • Proven experience as an SAP SuccessFactors System Administrator or Functional Consultant.
    • Strong hands-on configuration experience within SAP SuccessFactors.
    • Extensive knowledge of Employee Central Time Management, Time Off, and Absence Management.
    • Experience supporting international or multi-country SuccessFactors implementations.
    • Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes and system administration.
    • Ability to interpret and configure local leave policies, holiday entitlements, and workforce requirements.
    • Experience working directly with stakeholders across different countries and cultures.
    • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
    • Experience within a manufacturing environment would be advantageous
