Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate Technology projects from inception through to delivery. This is a permanent role based in London, and the client operates on a hybrid schedule (3 days per week in office)

Job Description

You will work across development teams, product, design, marketing and various senior business stakeholders - aligning teams, driving decisions and ensuring projects are delivered on time, to a high standard and to agreed scope. You will bring structure, yet can be flexible, knowing when to adapt the approach to suit the team and context. The successful candidate must be able to work at pace, balance multiple projects simultaneously, and navigate challenges through ambiguity.

  • Own end to end project delivery, managing scope, timelines, and risks throughout the project lifecycle
  • Define project plans, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with cross functional teams, and maintain clear documentation throughout
  • Facilitate working group meetings and steering groups ensuring materials are produced and agendas are shared in advance which are purposeful and drive successful outcomes
  • Identify, escalate, manage and mitigate risks proactively
  • Communicate project status clearly and consistently to stakeholders at all levels, including CEO, providing concise, accurate reporting
  • Manage dependencies across teams ensuring alignment and accountability
  • Lead go to market coordination, working with teams including but not limited to marketing, sales enablement, commercial and customer success ensuring optimal business readiness
  • Define and monitor KPIs and ROI to ensure project remains strategically viable
  • Contribute to the broader PMO to enhance delivery practices and continuous improvement
  • Manage internal or third-party project resources to ensure that they are working effectively to deliver project outcomes

The Successful Applicant

  • 3-5 years managing Technology and software projects
  • Comfortable working with different delivery environments
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and competing priorities
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills with comfort presenting to c suite executives
  • Experience with project management tools
  • Solid understanding of software development and technical concepts
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and can coordinate required teams to bring control and meaningful outputs
  • Relevant certification PMP, PRINCE2, APM and excellent project management skills
  • Exposure to change management
  • An understanding of product development and internal processes, including Design, UX/ UI and Back-End development
  • System knowledge; JIRA, Moqups
