This is an exciting opportunity for a Trainer to join our financial client based in Leeds to support the training of new starters as well as ongoing training. The role requires delivering high-quality training programmes and ensuring the development of staff skills in Leeds.

Job Description

  • Develop and deliver effective training programmes tailored to the needs of the Customer Service and business support teams.
  • Conduct assessments to identify training gaps and implement solutions to address them.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to enhance employee performance and growth.
  • Maintain training records and prepare reports to monitor progress and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align training strategies with business objectives.
  • Ensure training materials are current and meet industry standards.
  • Offer support during onboarding to ensure new hires are well-prepared for their roles.
  • Stay informed about trends and developments in the business services industry.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Trainer should have:

  • A strong background in training and development, ideally within the Financial Services field.
  • Train the Trainer Qualification
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • The ability to create engaging and effective training materials.
  • Experience in assessing learning needs and implementing solutions.
  • A proactive approach to staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using training tools and technology.
