Job Description

  • Manage and streamline financial operations, systems and processes.
  • Lead and develop transactional finance team (AP, AR, Billing)
  • Oversee invoicing and supplier payment runs, ensuring strong cash flow and controls.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
  • Prepare monthly financial reporting, presenting data to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Monitor key financial performance indicators and provide insights.
  • Supervise and support the accounting team to achieve targets.
  • Assist in developing and managing budgets and forecasts.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Operations Manager should have:

  • Have gained relevant experience in Transactional Finance Management in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit or Billing Management
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proactive mindset, with continuous focus on improvement and development
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and tools.
  • A relevant professional qualification in accounting or finance.
  • Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
