The Financial Reporting Manager will play a pivotal role in managing financial operations and providing expert support across the business.

The Financial Reporting Manager will oversee financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance within a Fast Growth, PE Backed business. This role is based in Manchester city centre (with hybrid working) and is suited to a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in finance.

The Group Reporting Manager will be responsible for preparing divisional and consolidated group financial statements, maintaining financial controls, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making through high-quality financial reporting. This role is critical in ensuring accurate, timely, and insightful reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

This role sits at the centre of group external reporting, leading the preparation of consolidated financial statements, statutory accounts and market disclosures under IFRS. You'll act as a key technical advisor to the business, working closely with senior leadership in a complex, international environment.
