Job Description

  • Lead the people side of change across business transformation programmes.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive change management plans.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and engagement activities.
  • Assess organisational readiness and identify adoption risks.
  • Design and facilitate workshops, communications and engagement sessions.
  • Support leaders in driving behavioural and cultural change.
  • Create training and capability-building approaches to support successful implementation.
  • Measure change effectiveness and adoption through agreed KPIs and metrics.
  • Work closely with project managers, operational teams and senior stakeholders to ensure successful programme delivery.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience leading change initiatives w
  • An understanding of recognised change management methodologies such
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Experience managing stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership teams.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching and workshop delivery skills.
  • The ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
  • Experience supporting technology, process or organisational change programmes.
  • A collaborative approach and a passion for helping people navigate change successfully.
