We're recruiting on behalf of a top-tier consultancy for a Cloud Engineer to join their team immediately. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a mission-critical government initiative, designing and automating secure AWS environments using CloudFormation and CI/CD pipelines to deliver robust, scalable solutions.
  • 3 month contract - competitive day rate
  • NPPV3 clearance must be held for this role

Job Description

  • Design, build, and maintain secure cloud infrastructure on AWS.
  • Develop and manage CloudFormation templates for automated provisioning.
  • Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for seamless deployments.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure scalable and resilient cloud solutions.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot cloud environments to maintain high availability and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and maintain NPPV3 clearance protocols throughout the engagement.



The Successful Applicant

  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud architecture best practices.
  • Proven ability to create and manage CloudFormation templates for infrastructure as code.
  • Skilled in CI/CD automation, ideally with GitHub Actions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
  • Holds NPPV3 clearance (essential) and is comfortable working on sensitive government projects.
