Job Description


- Manage the financial department and the related staff, functions, processes, outputs and KPI's,

- Oversee month-end processes, including general ledger maintenance, bank statement reconciliations, and cost allocations,

- Safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of the financial processes and department,

- Implementing and managing strong controls, reliable systems, reduced risk exposure, and improved financial efficiency,

- Provide financial direction and planning to drive sustainable growth and performance for the business,

- Delivering realistic and achievable budgets, clear forecasts, and alignment to the business strategy,

- Optimize financial resources and ensure compliance with tax and treasury requirements. Resulting in healthy cash flow, reduced tax exposure, compliance with statutory regulations and efficient treasury operations,

-Ensure integrity, compliance, and strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant


Qualified Accountant (CA/CPA) with a degree in Accountancy and over 15 years of experience as a Finance Manager within complex and fast-paced environments. Demonstrates strong expertise in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management, with a solid understanding of international tax regulations. Exposure to Ghanaian taxation frameworks would be considered a distinct advantage.

A commercially minded finance professional with excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, able to translate financial insights into strategic recommendations that support business growth and decision-making. Recognised for strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
