Save Job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsA great opportunity as a HRBP approx 120 employees across the UK 7 sitesA generalist role from ER casework to employee lifecycle administrationAbout Our ClientA manufacturing business with this particular business area being a recent acquisition with approx 120 employees across 7 sites.Job DescriptionReporting into the Chief People OfficerAct as business partner to deliver a proactive, commercial and value adding HR service - 120 employees across 7 sites UK wideMaintain HR data to ensure accurate HR metrics.Work with each site in partnership with the Director of the business, creating and implementing the People plan aligned to business objectives. Effective implementation of people change projects in conjunction the relevant site/s.Working with each site, create a headcount budget and resourcing strategy to ensure great cost effective recruitment decisions are made. Create and implement a Wellbeing strategy for the organisation.Ensure Policies and procedures are visible, current and engaging.Administration of contracts and other correspondence for our employees. Support engagement activities on sites, conducting employee opinion surveys annualling.Manage all employee relations and absence management activities.New starter onboarding and leaver offboardingProvide payroll administration to outsourced providerThe Successful ApplicantA successful HRBP should have:Proven experience in Human Resources in a generalist roleCan work in a stand alone capacity in a full end to end role from ER casework to administration.Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.Ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels.Experience in managing multiple HR functions, including employee relations and recruitment.Proficiency in using HR systems and data analysis tools.Attention to detailWhat's on OfferCompetitive salary up to £45k per annumHome office Leeds - hybrid workingTravel to other sites as and when requiredThis is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in Human Resources within the Industrial / Manufacturing industry.
