They are committed to creating a positive and high-performing workplace culture and are seeking an HR Business Partner to play a key role in delivering their people strategy, supporting managers, and driving best practice across employee relations, performance management, and organisational development.Working within a collaborative HR team, this role offers the opportunity to partner with senior leaders and operational stakeholders, providing both strategic guidance and hands-on support to help achieve business objectives.Job DescriptionPartner with managers and regional leaders to deliver the organisation's people strategy and support business objectives.Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance issues.Manage conflict resolution, misconduct investigations and performance improvement processes.Support managers with complex people-related challenges and workforce planning.Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies and industry regulations.Build strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple sites and conduct regular site visits.Work closely with the wider HR team to ensure efficient on boarding, accurate employee records and effective HR administration.Support the implementation of new HR systems, processes and people initiatives.Drive consistency in HR practices and contribute to a positive employee experience.Provide both strategic and operational HR support across the business.The Successful ApplicantA successful HR Business Partner should have:Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor role.Strong employee relations experience, including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance management cases.Sound knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.Ability to build credible relationships and influence managers at all levels.Experience supporting and implementing people strategies within a multi-site environment.Strong communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.Organised, proactive and able to manage a varied workload effectively.CIPD qualification or working towards it is desirable.What's on OfferCompetitive salary (£55k-£60k) and benefits package.Company carOpportunity to partner with senior leaders and influence key people decisions.A broad and varied HR Business Partner role with both strategic and operational responsibilities.Exposure to a multi-site environment with regular stakeholder engagement.Opportunity to support and shape the delivery of the organisation's people strategy.Collaborative and supportive HR team environment.Ongoing professional development and career progression opportunities.A role where you can make a genuine impact on employee experience, culture and business performance.If you're interested in this role, apply now.People are at the heart of Michael Page.
