Working in the giftware industry, and focusing on the International market (America, South America and Europe) you'll be taking on a 50/50 role between account management and new business.

Job Description

  • Manage and develop relationships with international customers (predominantly distributors) to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to provide valuable insights and strategies for account growth.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to achieve mutually beneficial terms.
  • Monitor and report on account performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Travel internationally as required to meet with clients and attend industry events i.e. trade shows.

The Successful Applicant

A successful International Account Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in an international sales role, ideally within giftware or relevant transferable product areas i.e. novelty, party, niche products.
  • Strong understanding of international markets and the distributor RTM landscape.
  • Excellent ability to build relationships - paramount to performance
  • Willingness to travel internationally as part of the role.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.

What's on Offer

  • Salary ranging from £40,000 to £60,000 - dependent on experience. There are 2 roles available here, one more senior and one more junior (hence the broad bracket).
  • Strong commission scheme.
  • Fully remote, home based role.
