Job Description

  • Manage accounts payable, expenses and the shared finance mailbox.
  • Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and maintain fixed assets.
  • Support month-end with accruals, prepayments and journals.
  • Assist with VAT returns and financial compliance activities.
  • Build relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to process improvements and finance automation projects.

The Successful Applicant

  • Actively studying ACCA/CIMA/AAT, or qualified by experience.
  • Strong transactional finance and accounts payable background.
  • Excellent communicator who can build relationships across the business.
  • Proactive, reliable, and eager to develop into a broader finance role.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
