As a Management Accountant in Epsom, you will manage core accounting activity for a tech organisation and provide clear financial information that helps day-to-day decisions. You will work within the Accounting & Finance team, keeping financial reporting accurate and well organised.

Job Description

  • Prepare regular management accounts to give the business a clear view of financial performance.
  • Review income and expenditure, identifying key movements and providing useful financial insight.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure information is ready for reporting deadlines.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activity with reliable financial data and analysis.
  • Work with colleagues across the business to resolve accounting queries efficiently.
  • Reconcile financial information and investigate differences to maintain accurate records.
  • Produce clear reports that help stakeholders understand financial results.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Management Accountant' should have:

  • Experience preparing management accounts and financial reports.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting processes and financial reconciliations.
  • Confidence reviewing financial data and explaining key variances clearly.
  • Experience supporting budgeting and forecasting activity.
  • Good attention to detail when managing financial records and deadlines.
  • The ability to work effectively with colleagues on finance-related queries.
