Job Description

  • Provide guidance on privacy and data protection compliance within the organisation.
  • Assist with drafting and reviewing privacy notices, policies and procedures.
  • Support the management of data protection impact assessments (DPIAs).
  • Monitor and report on changes in privacy regulations and their implications.
  • Respond to data subject access requests and other privacy-related enquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote best practices in data handling.
  • Maintain records of processing activities and ensure they are up to date.
  • Conduct privacy training sessions for staff as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Privacy Analyst should have:

  • Experience in privacy or data protection roles within professional services or a similar industry.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and other relevant privacy laws and regulations.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • The ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities effectively.
