The Senior Account Manager EU will be responsible for managing key accounts and driving sales growth across Benelux and Scandinavia. The successful candidate will have extensive experience selling directly to EU retailers and managing international buyers.

Job Description

  • Manage and develop direct relationships with national retailers across Benelux.
  • Manage distributors across Scandinavia.
  • Full P&L responsibility for your region, with direct line management of an NAE.
  • Identify new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Ensure all sales activities align with company objectives and compliance requirements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Account Manager EU should have:

  • Proven experience managing international retailers directly and experience working with international buyers.
  • Additional languages a bonus (Dutch preferred)
  • A strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency in analysing market data and developing strategic plans.
  • Capability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Able to be in London Monday, Tuesdays and Thursdays as well as regular international travel.
