Save Job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsPayrollHMRCAbout Our ClientThe hiring company is a well-established organisation based in West Sussex.Job DescriptionLead, manage and develop the day to day running of the payroll function, which includes salary, pensions and expenses, starters, leavers, contract changes and tax code changes - with due regard to employment legislation and College policies and procedures.Establish and ensure the payroll process has sufficient financial controls in place and operates within the College's Financial Regulations and Financial ProceduresEnsure accurate month and annual returns are completed for all pension schemes, and all deadlines met.To ensure the payroll team can advise managers, People Team, and staff on a range of payroll and pension issues.
