Job Description

  • Lead and execute the Ireland Sales Strategy, delivering revenue and growth targets
  • Manage and develop relationships with key Irish retail partners and distributors
  • Identify and unlock new business opportunities to expand market presence
  • Analyse sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to inform strategy
  • Lead forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking across the region
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure aligned execution
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, and promotions to maximise profitability
  • Provide regular performance updates and strategic insights to senior leadership



The Successful Applicant

  • An experienced and commercially driven Sales Manager with a strong track record of delivering growth within Ireland, ideally across retail or consumer goods. You bring a strategic mindset alongside hands-on execution, with the ability to both develop and implement effective sales plans.
  • You are highly analytical, confident working with data to drive decisions, and experienced in managing key stakeholder relationships. A strong communicator and negotiator, you are comfortable influencing at senior levels and thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, you take ownership of your market and are motivated by delivering measurable commercial success.
