Working closely with retailers, sales teams, and brand stakeholders, you'll create impactful activations that bring brands to life in-store and online.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement shopper marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and boost sales.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to execute in-store marketing campaigns.
  • Analyse shopper behaviours to identify trends and opportunities for targeted marketing efforts.
  • Manage budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered within financial constraints.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities, providing actionable insights.
  • Build strong relationships with retail partners and suppliers to maximise promotional opportunities.
  • Ensure alignment of campaigns with overall brand strategy and guidelines.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to key stakeholders on campaign performance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Shopper Marketing Manager should have:

  • A strong background in marketing, ideally within the business services sector.
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering shopper marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working with internal teams and external partners.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and drive informed marketing decisions.
  • Experience managing budgets and ensuring cost-effective campaign delivery.
  • An understanding of consumer behaviour and retail marketing trends.
