Financial Accountant

Providing additional support at year- end.

You will analyse and validate product line costs, and support operations to ensure there are strong controls in place around inventory and the recording of direct costs.

This role will work closely with the Operations Director on site, and liaise with finance staff based at the other UK sites. This will be involved in analysing revenue, direct production and indirect labour, inventory valuation, cost of sales and contribution & gross margin.

As Project Cost Accountant you'll join the existing Financial Controller (who you'll report to), Finance Manager and Accounts Assistant. You'll manage all cost control on projects including budget set up, updates and monitoring, change management, variation estimating, cost reporting, and all forecasting activities.
