Jackson's Bakery, part of the William Jackson Food Group, is now looking for a Finance Director to join the senior leadership team at an important time for the business. You will be partnering closely with the new Managing Director, one of the most experienced leaders in the Bakery industry, and will take on a truly end-to-end Finance Director role.

Reporting to and working closely with the Country MD, you will have oversight of all financial activities within the UK, including Financial Planning and Analysis, Financial accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Treasury.

We are looking for an exceptional operational Finance Director to be the commercial and financial right hand to the Managing Director as the business executes an ambitious growth plan - launching a significant new product line, building new legal entities, and expanding into new overseas territories.

The role will support a really busy MD, You will do a lot of diary management, arrange a few large meetings per year with colleagues internationally, do expenses and act as gate keeper.

The Birmingham based role supports the UK Managing Director and Group Chief People Officer in delivering the People Strategy for the UK Coach business, while leading Operational HR, Payroll and Recruitment and deputising where necessary for the HRD at UK Board meetings. The role oversees trade union engagement, HR governance, reporting and policy, ensuring high quality HR partnership and effective delivery across all people initiatives.

The Finance Manager reports into the MD and will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring strong financial control, accurate reporting, and compliance with UK statutory requirements. A growing accountancy practice based in Bristol has a requirement for a Practice Assistant Manager to join as a result of growth, taking on combined technical delivery, managing delivery of services to wide ranging industry sole traders, partnerships and limited company OMBs & SME, alongside acting as key operational support to directors, managing teams, workflow and other operational support working closely with the Directors as key addition.

A highly reputable and successful firm of chartered accountants is looking to recruit a key addition into their team as an Accounts and Team Manager. You will be a right hand support to one of the firms directors managing the provision of all-round accounts/tax services to wide ranging clients, overseeing a team, allocating work, reviewing and supporting their development, based from their Wells office.
