Our client, a FTSE 250 British Engineering company, was in the process of implementing a new target operating model for their Finance Shared Service Centre in Coventry. This included consolidating services into a global processing hub based in Coventry, and required us to recruit over 40 roles from transactional to leadership roles, in only two months.
