The Policy Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end development and maintenance of regulatory policies acros registration, education, and standards, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based outcomes. This key role requires regulatory knowledge, expert horizon scanning, and a significant focus on developing international registration policies through effective cross-functional and external stakeholder collaboration.

This role serves as the primary relationship manager between the Regulator and its external partners, ensuring that outsourced investigations are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high legal standard. Regulatory Manager for a large offshore energy transmission & interconnector business (London or Glasgow)
