About The University of Warwick 

The University of Warwick, a world-renowned academic institution with over 29,500 students from over 150 countries and 7,000 staff members, was facing significant challenges with the restructuring of their Marketing & Communications department.

University of Warwick's challenge 

They needed to fill 16 permanent positions that varied in skill set and level, which was proving to be a huge task. The university recognised that this campaign required a dedicated specialist to secure the best talent in the market, and therefore sought the expertise of Michael Page.
 

How Michael Page Marketing helped 

Michael Page collaborated with the University of Warwick to develop a strategic and time-efficient recruitment program that would address the challenges they were facing in securing suitable candidates for the 16 open positions.

The Michael Page digital team created a client-branded mini-site on our homepage, grouping all the vacancies together and providing a glimpse into life at Warwick.

Michael Page are the most digitally engaged recruiter on LinkedIn, receiving on average 30k applications a month through LinkedIn. We used our network of existing candidate relationships, and completed proactive targeted LinkedIn searches for each role to ensure we were approaching both professionals who were actively engaged in job searches, and those who weren’t.
