Michael Page Finance has been operating in Sussex since the 1980’s and between us we have more than thirty years experience of financial recruitment. 

Richard Turner – Regional Manager

After graduating from University, Richard worked as a Loss Adjuster before embarking upon his recruitment career. Richard has been recruiting finance professionals for over ten years and has experience at all levels from SME’s through to FTSE plc’s.
Richard spent 5 years in London before moving to the Southern Home Counties and setting up the Brighton Finance headquarters in 2005. He is currently tasked with recruiting senior finance professionals within the permanent market for Industry & Commerce, in addition to leading the Sussex team.

Steve Revill

Steve has been recruiting in the Sussex region since joining Michael Page in 2004. He helped establish the new office in Brighton and has experience of handling junior and senior interim and permanent assignments for everyone from SMEs to large Corporations. Presently, Steve is responsible for the recruitment of senior, permanent staff within Industry & Commerce.

Jo Sharpe

Jo Sharpe is one of the founder members of the Brighton office and she has worked within the finance recruitment sector since 1998. Jo has a proven track record of placing temporary and interim candidates, particularly with large, corporate organisations in Sussex.

Jacqui Tapp

Jacqui started her career as a business development manager with a FTSE 100 FMCG business before she made the move into recruitment. Jacqui is currently responsible for the placement of temporary and interim roles throughout industry and commerce.

Richard Collins

Richard spent his early career as an Engineer before moving to London to work in recruitment. He returned to his hometown of Brighton to provide specialised, local support to the Sussex not-for-profit and public sector clients and candidates.
With access to a client base built on trust and specialist market knowledge, Richard offers a dual service, supporting both temporary and permanent assignments. His clients range across the healthcare, education, government and charity sectors, from sub £1m turnover charities to £500m + government bodies.
