Renee Delaney, Senior Manager

As a Senior Manager, I lead the Technology Contracts team and the Digital (Product and UX) Perm and Contracts team across the North West. My team and I pride themselves on a truly customer centric partnership between clients and candidates, and I’m proud that my team use this as a differentiator in the competitive technology world. Along with my keen interest in Diversity and Inclusion, where I have spoken at numerous events supported by Microsoft, I am passionate about helping grow the Technology and Digital market across the Northwest and Yorkshire.

I originally joined the company in 2013 in London as a Consultant and rose quickly to Associate Director in just over 2 years. After a short 1 year “sabbatical” on the board of Technology Recruitment company, which sparked my passion for the Technology and Digital world, I returned to Michael Page in 2018 in their Manchester office. I love how The Page Group are constantly looking to improve their people, processes and technology and how the company is not afraid to try new innovative processes and systems, although with measured and considered decisions.

Furthermore, the Page Group’s ability to undergo a true transformation over the past 7 years where they have won numerous Diversity and Inclusion awards, and provide support to other companies who are interested in transforming their company, fully aligns with my values.
