The Candlelight story begins back in 1972 when we started out manufacturing decorative candles in the UK. Since then, we have evolved into a market leading designer and wholesale supplier of design-led giftware and home accessories to fit every room and every lifestyle.

As a trendsetter for over 45 years, we have created a highly professional company where the customer is our number one priority.
With decades of knowledge and expertise, we are able to meet the demands of the largest retailers; holding stock and regularly processing orders in excess of £1m.
However, just as important to us are the strong links we have fostered with independent retailers throughout our long history working together. For our independent customers, we offer great design, comprehensive product testing and quality assurance along with low minimum order values, and free delivery on UK mainland orders.
Our UK warehouse and showrooms are unrivalled in the trade, including our cutting-edge 150,000 sq. ft. distribution centre and an innovative showroom which extends over 10,000 sq. ft. We also have fantastic showrooms in Hong Kong which are open all year round and stocked with great products.Candlelight has previously used a number of recruitment agencies that specialised in different areas of the market. 
This created a disjointed recruitment process as agency suppliers didn’t necessarily understand our culture and this resulted in poor retention of candidates. It also meant varying terms and conditions, and increased costs.
