You need to come prepared, not only to answer questions but to ask them. Research the organisation, it’s products or services, competitors etc, as best you can. If it’s a publicly quoted company, you can investigate the performance of the shares. Who are their competitors? This shows your interest in the position and helps you establish a rapport with the interviewer.

Talk to your consultant at this stage as they may be party to some insider information that could give you an edge.
When it comes to anticipating questions and preparing accordingly, make sure you know your CV inside out as this will  be the starting point for the interview. You also need to work from the job spec, as this points to the skills and competencies your potential employer is looking for.
