About Notting Hill Genesis

Founded in the 1960’s to improve housing conditions in West London, Notting Hill Genesis (NHG) is now one of London’s largest charitable housing associations. Working closely with local councils and government, NHG supports more than 130,000 residents by providing quality homes and nurturing strong, inclusive communities.

With over 60,000 homes and 10,000 more in development across London and the Southeast, NHG operates as both a landlord and developer. Through its Better Together strategy and significant ongoing investment, NHG is committed to improving services, raising standards across homes and neighbourhoods, and widening access to affordable housing.

NHG required a specialist technology recruitment partner to hire seven key roles critical to its digital roadmap. While time-to-hire mattered, the top priority was quality, finding candidates with the right technical expertise and cultural alignment.
