Our client's challenge 

Our team of Technology and Transformation experts was brought in to assist with the transformation of our client's IT and Technology Core Services. This included telecommunications, Windows 10, and Office 365 to their UK and overseas offices. They partnered with us to support the team in:

• Defining ambitions for the transformation of our client's technology suite.

• Building the governance structure to ensure the delivery of the program from conclusion to handover.

We then built a roadmap for the transformation program, building the governance structure, as well as a comprehensive business plan to support the structure and resources required for future transformation programmes. The team also ensured that third party suppliers provided the best value for money through managing stakeholder engagement and accountability.
