In this on-demand virtual event, produced in partnership with Future Talent Group, our guest speakers Matthew Taylor, Chief Executive of the RSA and UK Government’s Director of Labour Market Enforcement, and Jonathan Trevor, Associate Professor of Management Practice at Said Business School, University of Oxford, provide practical advice on how to manage changing working practices, people management, and leadership, as well as explore why businesses must evolve in response to the global health crisis.

Key topics covered:

  • What has changed during the crisis?

  • Can processes or systems be reimagined for the better?

  • What must leaders do to adapt and respond to change?

  • Why will some businesses thrive, while many more struggle and fail?

  • Can work, talent, and skills be reimagined?

  • Why does connecting core purpose, strategy, and organisation lead to a highly successful and sustainable business?
