Dr Reddy’s Chiral Products and Technologies required a business development manager in the UK. We were given the role to recruit exclusively. The candidate needed to have very niche experience, including: selling internationally into large pharmaceutical companies, working with active pharmaceutical ingredients, and with at least an MSc in a life sciences subject.

Winning the assignment on a retained basis meant we could advertise the role to appeal to the widest group of active and passive candidates. We searched our extensive marketing database and placed adverts on michaelpage.co.uk and on marketingweek.co.uk and a full-page advert was placed in Marketing Week magazine.
