Historic Royal Palaces were in need of five retail managers to manage various shops across their estate.

We designed a bespoke recruitment strategy to attract the very best retail management candidates, including searching our own database and third-party networks. We also advertised the roles on the key sites using our Reach Talent advertising package, which included: michaelpage.co.uk, totaljobs.com, retailchoice.com, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Google. After screening candidates, we ran two assessment days to provide the client with the best shortlist possible.
- All positions were filled off the back of the assessment centres
- Two of the positions were filled from candidates applying directly through the adverts placed
